POPAI is a global membership organisation with country chapters, promoting best practice and dedicated to enhancing the total shopper experience. They publish research, organise conferences and industry awards, run training seminars to their members across retailers, brands, agencies and manufacturers.
POPAI's UK chapter first approached Zarr in 2007 to develop an online presence. Since then, the website has evolved to include online booking and payment for events, member's directory, online awards entry process and winners galleries, online training courses - all backed by a comprehensive CRM system that helps manage their membership database.
As a result of the success of the POPAI UK website, Zarr now do awards and CRM system for other POPAI chapters including Germany, Portugal, South Africa, Australia and China.
