Technical Management Ltd was formed in 1996, as a direct consequence of the enactment of legislation requiring all landlords to ensure annual maintenance and inspection of gas installations. This led the company into developing Quality Assurance Schemes for public and private sector clients, whilst continuing to formulate contracts specifications and providing project management to a variety of clients.
The brief for the website was to create a clean and professional website that is easy to navigate. It needed to reflect the companies corporate identity and the site was going to be an extension of their printed brochure.
