Intertrade Services Group were formed as a not for profit company in 2003, with the aim of improving the representation of BME comunities in the workplace. They achieve this by forming innovative partnering agreements that act as a catalyst for training opportunities, linked to real, sustainable employment.
The initial brief was to design a clean and professional looking website, that is easy to navigate and uses imagery of BME comunities in the workplace. They wanted the website to not be corporate and to highlight that they are a not for profit organisation.
