Case Study - Woolley & Co

Profile
Woolley & Co is an unusual law firm, with lawyers operating away from a central office base and most transactions completed by email and telephone.

The Brief
The website needed to convey a professional image, be informative and interactive and give potential clients confidence, as well as supporting off-line marketing activities.

The Solution
The e-lawfirm site was built to make navigation through the range of detailed fact sheets and articles straight-forward and when legal changes occurs the site can be amended instantaneously by the Woolley team. Interaction is encouraged with the email subscription service.

A separate site was developed for the Woolley & Co divorce service. The site design is softer yet still business like, professional and easy to navigate.

The Results
The sites have allowed the firm to expand. Both websites generate high quality, pre-qualified leads. Over 30% of all new clients approach Woolley & Co via their websites. The divorce site regularly attracts enquiries from Brits living abroad. It is the single biggest source of enquiries from expat clients.

The e-lawfirm site won a Best Small Law Firm Website Award at the E-Loties in the year of its launch.
