Background
Palmer Metals is a Coventry based company and a leading online supplier of bullion products and findings in carat gold, gold fill and sterling silver. The website is aimed at a wide market including silversmiths, jewellers and also craft workers and hobbyists.

The Brief
Palmer metals wanted a new-look website that allowed customers to easily buy their products over the internet. The buying process is a lot more complex than "click & buy" and with metals cut to customer's exact requirements.

The Results
The new Palmer Metals website launched in June 2006 and within its first week, customer feedback was extremely good and as importantly, they had over 50 orders via their website - a trend that looks to be continuing and increasing as each week goes by.

The behind-the-scenes management and administration area allows Palmer Metals staff to quickly keep prices up to date in the fast moving precious metals markets.
